Position Overview
The Logistics and Inventory Lead at Gifthealth is responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of the company's inventory and supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products, and implementing efficient processes to support the company's operations. The Logistics and Inventory Lead will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.
How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the inventory and logistics department, ensuring efficient processes and accurate inventory levels.
- Develop and implement inventory management systems and procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including the procurement, storage, distribution, and transportation of pharmaceutical products.
- Analyze supply chain logistics data to identify trends, forecast needs, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacy operations, procurement, and sales to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of logistics and inventory staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets to make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to management.
- Familiarity with industry-standard logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or inventory management role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
