HomeSource is a lease to own company selling furniture, appliances, and electronics. We have been in business for over 30 years.
We have an immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, fluent in Spanish and English for our Thomasville GA location. This person’s primary responsibility will be in sales, collections, and customer service relations. The ideal candidate will be great with people and be able to quickly build strong customer relationships. The candidate must be able to make a positive, lasting first impression that will earn the trust of customers to do business with us.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
· Interact with customers within the store
· Verify customer applications
· Merchandise and clean within the store
· Meet weekly sales and collection goals
· Work to re-convert paid out customers through marketing
· Assist in managing deliveries, pickups, and service calls
· Maintain customer files and associated paperwork
· Make daily collection calls to resolve accounts
· Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner - including email and live chat
· Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
· Escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and managerial for resolution as needed
· Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday 9am -6pm with Thursday off, Saturday 9am – 5pm. The employee does have the opportunity to earn a Saturday off per month by meeting goals and working all scheduled shifts. The store is closed on Sunday. Must have a driver’s license and pass a drug screening and background check.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 43 per week
