**Position Overview:**
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities include generating leads, exploring new business opportunities, and refining our approach to business development. You'll ensure compliance with deadlines and foster high-value client relationships.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute business plans to enter new markets.
* Lead sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and maximize returns.
* Manage customer relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Collaborate with senior management to establish strategic objectives.
* Conduct sales pitches and negotiate contracts with clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Forge strategic partnerships to expand network reach.
* Recruit, train, and supervise business development personnel.
* Review and optimize business development strategies.
* Set sales targets and incentivize high performance.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
* Negotiate contract terms to secure profitable deals.

**Education and Experience:**
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
* 5-7 years of ground transportation/travel/luxury sales experience.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
**Additional Requirements:**
* Experience in Black Car, Travel, or Private Aviation industries.
* Participation in networking events and trade shows.
* Prior experience in sales management preferred.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
