- Manages construction projects from start to finish
- Prepares estimates from blueprints and send bid proposals to clients
- Works with clients, architects, landlords and building departments on project design, license and permitting
- Qualifies subcontractor bids and handles subcontractor negotiations
- Creates construction schedules for projects to send to the client
- Supervises field superintendents and subcontractors
- Coordinates and schedules subcontractors and deliveries of materials to projects
- Reviews field superintendent's daily and weekly reports, site logs, and site photos
- Initiates Purchase Order Requests for subcontractors & approves draw payment requests

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Occasional travel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and efficient, along with ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
- Highly motivated, resourceful self-starter with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
