Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Duties:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Bag items carefully
- Upsell products and promote special deals
- Process returns and exchanges
Experience:
- Proven working experience in retail customer service or as a cashier
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash register, scanners)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
