Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure our accounting practices are in order. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel and QuickBooks, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances. You will play a key role in our financial operations, helping us maintain accuracy and efficiency as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions to ensure company liquidity.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Adapt to changing financial circumstances and contribute to process improvements.
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle stress and maintain composure under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
