Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design issues
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, project team members, and other stakeholders
Skills:
- Experience in construction management software
- Knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling tools
- Experience in supervising construction projects of various sizes and complexities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and subcontractors
