Position: Project Manager - Power Delivery Engineering
Location: Austin, Texas
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and closure of small to medium power delivery engineering projects.
- Conduct project scoping, fee development, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with operations to form project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure task execution within schedule and budget.
- Liaise with authorities for code compliance and permits.
- Maintain client relationships and resolve issues during project lifecycle.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including client and team communication.
- Achieve project objectives, including quality, budget, and schedule.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and manage project finances.
- Identify and manage project risks and changes.
- Interface with clients and internal management across various power delivery projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in power delivery industry.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in power delivery project management.
- Experience managing engineering design projects and teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Familiarity with power delivery design and financial management.
- Strong numerical and data management skills.
- Understanding of transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing small to medium projects.

Base Compensation: $115,000 - $160,000
