Cumberland Idealease in Orlando, FL is seeking a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to facilitate seamless coordination between customers and technicians. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our service operations, handling everything from breakdown calls to warranty claims and service scheduling.

Responsibilities:*
- Coordinate service activities between customers, technicians, breakdown calls and scheduling necessary action.
- Maintain a proactive 90-day preventive maintenance schedule for all lease and rental units, ensuring operational reliability and compliance.
- Manage and track warranty recalls and repairs for all lease and rental units, and le warranty claims accurately and timely.
- Open and manage repair orders, assign jobs to technicians, and ensure customers are updated promptly upon job completion.
- Oversee the receiving/inventory of parts, process invoices, post parts to repair orders, and track core returns efficiently.
- Prep repair orders for close, determine billing classications (customer rebill, internal maintenance, or warranty repair), and process and code vendor invoices.
- Write estimates for customer damage and manage rebill repairs.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in service coordination or a related eld, preferably within the automotive or truck leasing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information to all stakeholders.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and maintaining detailed records.
- Knowledge of automotive or truck maintenance processes and parts inventory management is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:*
- Ability to stoop, bend, climb, crawl, lift, reach, and any other position necessary to work on a diesel engine and truck, including tires.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in a hot or cold, wet or humid environment.
