Medical Sales Associate Opportunity:

- Pay: $40,000/year + monthly bonus ($2k-$3k/month potential based on performance)

This company sells mobile laboratory services for the long-term care population (skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities ,and home health). Additionally, they provide laboratory services to independent clinics/physicians (PCR testing for urine/wound/nail, blood, toxicology, and Pharmacogenetics (PGx)). The main responsibility of this role is to maintain and manage current accounts by providing ongoing support to Skilled Nursing customers.
Medical Sales Associate Essential Job Functions:
- Reports directly to Client Success Manager
- Travels daily within/around the assigned Territory meeting with medical professionals in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Industry
- An essential function of this role is to meet/exceed key performance indicators (KPI's) with a heavy focus on customer retention.
- An essential function of this role is to conduct In-service Training for new accounts and Interface with current customers on a set cadence basis.
- Develop positive solution-oriented working relationships with customers, phlebotomy teams ,and laboratory teams.
· Educate and train clients on software and protocols.
Medical Sales Associate Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- College Degree/Recent Graduate with a Science Degree is required
- Living near or in Forth Worth, TX is required
- Interest in medical sales and healthcare industry
- Ability to work weekends/nights for tradeshows or client dinners
- Team oriented, problem solver, self-reliant, accountable
- This position has the potential to grow into a Medical Sales Leader role
