Job Post: Video Content Producer
We require your supervision of the video production process according to directives from the marketing director and president, aimed at enhancing brand visibility, attracting new customers, and engaging existing ones. Responsibilities encompass generating innovative ideas, managing scripts and approvals with our advertising agency, and ensuring timely delivery of final files in the appropriate format. This role may involve selecting talent and locations, organizing on-site shoots, directing filming activities, and finalizing the selection of video clips.
Video Producer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely and effectively with the president, advertising agency, media buyer, and internal marketing team.
- Attend biweekly meetings to plan advertising campaigns, establishing themes, dates, and offers in both English and Spanish.
- Develop compelling, informative, and inspiring video concepts with clear workflow timelines.
- Coordinate, lead, and supervise the execution of each video outlined in our advertising strategy.
- Coordinate closely with merchandising, visual display, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth in-house video production starts before business hours.
- Manage the coordination of hair, makeup, talent, locations, and videographers, and the corresponding budget.
- Deliver projects within specified timelines.
- Evaluate video content performance, provide recommendations for enhancement, and implement necessary changes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize video performance, increasing watch time, engagement rate, and click-throughs for the marketing team.
- Ensure final videos are captivating and accurately depict offers and products.
- Adhere to financial playbook guidelines for financing projects.
- Assist in proofreading all marketing department assets.
- Organize and manage video assets, including raw footage, edits, and final cuts.
Professional Qualifications:
· Personable, imaginative, energetic, adaptable, with a driven and optimistic demeanor.
· Experience of two years in video production and proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is advantageous, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong presentation abilities, marketing background, self-assurance, vendor management skills, exceptional written communication, and effective decision-making.
