We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client's remote freight brokerage! The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients needing transportation and logistics services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our brokerage's services and value proposition.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contract details.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and management, to ensure seamless execution of client shipments.
