The position is to support our customers by giving them the information they need to make sound decisions. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with the services we provide.
Customer service duties and responsibilities generally include answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking customers through set up, scheduling, and payment processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Responding to incoming calls, email, and chat
· Create, schedule, and maintain accurate records related to sales appointments and jobs
· Provide direction and support to CSR team members
· Identify problems and find solutions
· Ensure customer satisfaction
· Client Management
· Collaborate with other departments
· Other data entry and customer support functions as needed
Qualifications:
· 3 years of customer service experience in a construction/service tech environment
. 2 years of office experience
· Leadership/management qualities
· Above average skills with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
· Organized and can effectively prioritize
· Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
· Clear and pleasant speaking voice
. Learns quickly and team player
