Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with Kyckstarts' mission and goals. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for business development initiatives and collaborations.
- Market Expansion: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new markets and opportunities for expansion. Develop and execute strategies to enter and grow these markets.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new revenue streams and opportunities for business growth.
- Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire and retain high-value clients. Develop client acquisition strategies, manage client relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to create and launch new products or services. Use market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Certification: Certifications in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles. Experience within the Alternative Ingredient and or Vape Industry is a plus.
- Revenue Growth: Track record of achieving revenue targets through effective business development initiatives. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that increase market share and drive profitability.
- Client Acquisition: Success in acquiring and retaining high-value clients. Experience in developing client acquisition strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business development strategies that drive business growth and enhance market presence.
- Client Relations Expertise: Strong experience in managing client relations efforts, including client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
- Market Research: Hands-on experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies and decisions.
