Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and information about amenities
- Operate the phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of resort operations is advantageous
