Leading global manufacturer in the water filtration industry looking for a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. The position is full-time, on-site at our Rancho Cucamonga, California office. *Please note the position will entail general technical service duties as well, so if you are savvy with electronics or programming a thermostat, this job will be a breeze once you pass basic training.
The ideal candidate is someone with proven experience as a customer service representative and has working knowledge of water treatment technologies (not required but a plus) and they are enthusiastic, self-motivated, efficient, and enjoy interacting with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide technical support to existing customers via phone or email regarding their filtration product (i.e. installation process, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Assist customers in assessing the best filtration options for their needs
- Assist with placement of orders, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, etc.
- Manage a good volume of incoming calls with finesse and a smile
- Assist in providing additional administrative support to sales and customer service team
- Data Entry

- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in the customer service field

- Excellent verbal communication skills
Computer Skills:
The individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and general computer knowledge.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
3-5 years of experience minimum
