Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Manage calendars using Outlook Calendar and Google Suite
- Handle documents
Skills:
- Experience in office management tasks
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Proficient in Outlook Calendar for scheduling
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
- Strong proofreading skills for accurate documentation
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
