Busy Joliet Communications Company is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate should be personable, skilled in print and online marketing and blog writing and willing to handle light marketing related administrative tasks. This part-time role requires on-site work at our Joliet, IL office, minimum of 3 days a week, with hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing? A Beep LLC/ Diga-Talk is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
· Managing tradeshow schedules and keeping track of equipment and promotional items needed for each event.
· Maintaining minimal levels of printed marketing materials for sales representatives.
· Assist with product imaging and videography for social media and website use.
· Assisting the Marketing Manager and creating blog posts and topics for websites and social media.
· Organizing and sharing company files on a shared drive.
· Performing various administrative tasks, such as:
o Completing necessary forms for marketing projects
o Executing mass mailings via postal services and/or email
o Assisting in distributing holiday cards, gifts, and mailings for the company
Qualification Requirements:
· Marketing Skills: Proficiency in Canva, basic Adobe functions, familiarity with CRM’s.
· Ability to design content for both social and print would be preferred.
· Knowledge of various social media platforms are beneficial.
· Writing Skills- Must be able to create blog posts relevant to the topics put forth by the marketing department.
· Competent in computer skills, including Microsoft 360 (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive).
· Strong attention to detail with a positive attitude.
· Willingness to learn and take initiative to support colleagues.
· Excellent written communication skills.
· Positive attitude and motivated approach.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
