We are seeking a reliable LPN to join our team of dedicated orthopedic professionals. Candidates must be qualified, compassionate and able to work in a fast paced clinic environment. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and possess the ability to complete a variety of diverse tasks. Experience in a clinic environment is preferred but not necessary.

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Plans and manages patient care according to each patient’s needs.
- Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provides routine care for patients.
- Observes patients’ health.
- Reviews medical records.
- Assists physicians.
- Communicates with patients and their families.
- Performs procedures such as casting, staple/suture removal, dressing changes, application of braces.
- Prepares specimens for lab courier.
- Provides wound care.
- Prepares injections.

Licensed Practical Nurse Education and Experience Requirements:
- Completion of state approved training program (generally in the form of a diploma, certificate, or associate degree)
- LPN license (pass NCLEX-PN exam)
- BLS certification
- 1-2 years recent nursing experience preferred but not required.
