Title: Journey Advisor (sales associate)
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Overview: The Journey Advisor is responsible for driving membership sales and ensuring a high level of concierge-type member experience. The Journey Advisors must possess a strong passion for sales, dance fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Revenue
- Connect with leads and prospects to drive membership sales.
- Drive sales of retail products and apparel to hit target goals.
- Empower team members to complete sales tasks with special focus on first-time visitors and prospects.
2. Member Retention
- Book and confirm classes for members.
- Create an environment to enhance member loyalty and reduce attrition.
- Maintain constant feedback of member escalation to address concerns promptly.
- Provide customer service levels that deliver exceptional member experiences.
3. Marketing and Branding
- Cultivate and create opportunities to generate leads and prospects through marketing efforts including events and social media outlets.
- Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to enhance the studio's visibility and engagement.
4. Operational Excellence
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready sales management system.
- Manage the front desk to greet and check in members and guests when they enter the studio.
- Report weekly and as required to Studio Manager on KPI’s, areas of focus and performance against goals.
- Ensure the studio is clean and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Previous successful sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sales strategies, digital platforms, and branding in the fitness industry.
- Excellent organizational skills are highly desirable as this is a dynamic position that will require the completion of multiple different tasks simultaneously.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- Commission paid on sales.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
