Job Description: As a Case Manager at Braver Law, you will be responsible for providing regular updates to clients, ordering and reviewing medical records, chasing down necessary documents to support each case, answering incoming calls, and responding to client emails and chats. You will be a vital link between our legal team and our clients, ensuring that all case-related activities are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular case updates to asbestos clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Order, review, and organize medical records related to asbestos cases.
- Chase down necessary documents and information to support ongoing cases.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Conduct monthly calls to clients to provide updates on their cases and gather any necessary information.
- Answer client emails and chats promptly, providing accurate information and support.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and case progress.
- Collaborate with legal staff to ensure all client needs are met efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a legal or medical administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using office software, phone systems, and Salesforce.
- Technologically proficient with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour
