This is a part time, hourly position working Monday through Saturday at an average of 20 hours per week. This position is located in our thrift store in Orange City, FL.

What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- One to two years retail/resale experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have a valid Florida Driver License
- Must be able to regularly lift/move up to forty (40) pounds and occasionally lift/move up to one hundred (100) pounds with assistance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or donations effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to sort items based on established donation processing guidelines and procedures
- Ability to determine condition of items and fairly price items based on established donation processing guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to efficiently coordinate and assist volunteers
- Maintain sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
