The Ideal Candidate for this position will:
Hold a non-restricted Texas LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, or LMFT License
Has experience providing counseling services.
Has a minimum of five years of post-masters experience in a related field.
Has two years of experience in leadership and managing programs.
Be able to efficiently manage their calendar and work schedule.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinate with key partnership personnel to establish and execute Memorandum of Understanding or Contracts.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with key partnership personnel and other community partners to ensure program delivery and attend meetings as required for successful partnerships.
Complete and submit MOU or contract deliverables.
Consult with partner to assess appropriateness of group or individual counseling referrals and advocate with partners to ensure compliance with HIPAA, Texas Family Law and Licensure Codes.
Supervise clinicians and staff fulfilling JFS services and deliverables as part of partnerships.
Ensure staff is current with background checks and training required by partnerships.
Approve and submit timesheets and mileage reimbursement.
Facilitate bi-monthly partnerships meetings with assigned staff regarding updates on administrative changes.
Order and track supplies and manage inventory of supplies.
Lead weekly Clinical Team Meetings and attend all staff meetings at JFS.
Ensure all client session notes and other documentation are completed daily and weekly.
Provide clinical counseling services to 5-10 clients per week including children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
Meet with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Conduct ongoing assessments of clients progress.
Offer sessions either in person (at one of our two locations) or via telehealth from the office.
Monitor key performance indicators, implement efficiency strategies, and track trends.
Develop departmental goals to improve the clients experience.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to solve problems and enhance the clients journey.
Participate in staff recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding.
Maintain communication with management to ensure that hours/clients are being properly managed and supported, including scheduling and billing.
Must Haves:
A masters degree in a mental health-related field.
Hold a non-restricted Texas License for LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, or LMFT
Experience in working with a diverse population.
Strong problem-solving abilities and Standard Operating Procedure development.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Effective team management and motivation.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong verbal and writing communication skills including public speaking.
Valid Drivers license.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
