Metro Acura is part of a successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career oriented professionals who are masters of sales and love working with customers. Our Acura car dealership is seeking an experienced Car Salesperson who is able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately. The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert on all of the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service, and become a consultant to each customer on finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.

Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase.
Take customers on test drives while explaining the technological and safety features of our vehicles.
Work with our business development team to grow our customer base.
Work with the Finance Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer.
Collaborate with our Sales Manager to offer attractive deals on used vehicles to interested customers.
Document interactions with customers and follow up using our CRM system.
Make calls and send emails to your clients to generate business and continue relationships.
Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of sales experience (auto industry a plus).
The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
Must be a quick learner and be self-disciplined with a “never say die” positive attitude.
A professional demeanor and the ability to face rejection without losing momentum.
Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues.
The ability to meet or exceed all sales goals.
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.
Strong organizational expertise and an attention to detail.
Must have a valid driver’s license and have 3 years driving experience.
Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends and holidays.
