Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Hospital Services Scheduler to join the Hospital Services team in a 36hr/wk, night shift position.
Purpose
The Hospital Services Scheduler is responsible to the Nurse Manager and the Senior Clinical Director for designated operations within Hospital Services. This includes:

Collect, organize and maintain patient staff and nephrologist data

Daily scheduling and distribution of staff to hospital facilities

Plan and schedule patient treatment assignments

Maintains positive relationships with client hospitals and nephrologists

Verifiy treatments provided match hospital charges
-
Facilitate distribution and collection of paperwork related to performance appraisals.
Shift: 36 hours/wk, 0.9 FTE night shift (1800-0630) Sun-Sat Hybrid - Remote
Requirements

Equivalent of high school graduate level studies

Medical terminology familiarity
-
Previous staff or patient scheduling experience

Excellent communication skills
-
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of individuals

Detail oriented and organized

Experience with MS Office, especially Excel

Paid Time Off will accrue for personal time and 8 Holidays. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the number of regularly scheduled hours (FTE). The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.

This position is eligible for an evening shift premium of $1.31/hour.
This position is eligible for a night shift premium of $1.92/hour.
This position is eligible for a weekend premium of $2.00/hour.
