Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team at our DDD group home. The BHT will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal development. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision to residents in the group home.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Support residents in community integration and recreational activities.
- Monitor and document residents' progress, behaviors, and any incidents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, case managers, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
