Estimator/ Inside Sales Associate
We are looking for a professional, self-motivated and energetic individual to fill a position as a sales associate. The primary responsibilities will be repair estimating and closing in a retail sales environment. Customer service and communication skills are a must. 3+ years of customer service/sales is preferred. Leadership skills are a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and developing relationships with potential customers, providing repair estimates, as well as providing sales support and customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of success in customer service and sales. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Manage customer accounts and provide customer service support.

Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.

Create and deliver estimates to potential customers.

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and assess the damage to their vehicles.

Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and create an estimate for repairs.

Properly calculate the cost of parts, labor, and materials needed for repairs.

Create detailed repair estimates, including itemized lists of necessary repairs and associated costs.

Communicate repair estimates and timelines to customers, insurance companies, and technicians.

Negotiate repair costs and timelines with insurance adjusters, ensuring fair and accurate estimates.

Coordinate repair schedules with customers and repair technicians to ensure efficient workflow.

Order necessary parts and materials for repairs, ensuring availability and timely delivery.

Conduct final inspections to ensure repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Complete paperwork, such as repair orders, invoices, and insurance forms, accurately and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns throughout the repair process.

Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Estimator Compensation:
The position will receive an base plus 3% commission

Non retained insurance must be followed up with on a daily basis to obtain approval
