- Engage with the guest throughout their stay to ensure they feel welcomed and appreciated.
- Set up breakfast area with food, beverages, and appropriate tableware.
- Prepare all hot and cold items according to instructions.
- Ensure all items are fresh and presented in an appealing manner.
- Provide a clean environment for the guest.
- Check and control the proper storage of product, especially on all fresh produce in order to maintain a quality product.
- Put away all food items after breakfast is complete.
- Ensure guests expectations are met or exceeded.
- Perform any general cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to work early morning shifts (5AM - 1:30PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
