POSITION SUMMARY
The Research Assistant will assist in the administration of clinical trials under general supervision.
This would include the coordinating of collection, distribution and storage of data obtained during clinical research trials. The Clinical research assistant provides general office management of subject scheduling and data management, technical assistance of collecting and processing samples, specimens, information, and data.
What you will be doing

Assists in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to increase patient randomization into the trial (e.g., investigator and research nurse meetings, update newsletters, advertising, and letters to GPs)

Manages and updates eCRF systems by transferring required data from the source docs into the database.

Helps clinic staff by organizing files, projects, data, etc.

Assists with the development and execution of clinical research studies and programs
What you will bring to the team

Research experience preferred, but not required

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)

Some college preferred

Knowledge of specific assisting tasks related to the medical practice

Knowledge of appropriate information to convey to patients and families
