Job Overview:
Ironwood Family Practice currently has 10 providers. Each provider has a primary CMA and we staff 2-3 floats daily. We are currently looking for the right candidate to fill a primary CMA role. You would be working with a physician. Your schedule will be four 10-hour shifts with Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off! YES, YOU READ THAT CORRECT. YOU WILL HAVE THREE DAY WEEKENDS AND WORK WITH ONE OF OUR MOST CARING PROVIDERS! Our primary CMA staff is the “magic sauce” to keeping our providers on time and caught up. What’s the best part about being a primary CMA at IFP!?? You are part of the care team that delivers high-quality care to each patient. You make a difference with each patient experience and often times you get to know your patients on a deeper level than you would have an opportunity to do if you were in a different role.
