**Job Overview:**
We are an indepedantly-owned, fast-growing, customer-centric water treatment company serving the greater Hudson Valley, as well as Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are seeking an organized and experienced candidate to lead our daily operations team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. We are seeking a team member to lead our field operations team, as well as colloborate with our exective team to further drive our growth and efficiency.
**Duties:**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal efficiency. Including but not limited to; creating and managing schedules for 4-6 technicians, taking, managing and directing customer calls, scheduling service, maintenance and installation appoitments for customers, managing vendor orders and supply inventory, soliciting and managing follow-up service and maintenance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational goals.
- Create, collobrate on and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and drive business growth.
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business development and implement plans to capitalize on them.
**Qualifications:**
-Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan preferred.
-Strong customer service skills and experience preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution to meet organizational objectives.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure advantageous contracts and partnerships.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience in business development activities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
