FISHER LEGAL PA is an established Boston based firm of over 20 years with locations in Florida and Massachusetts. Its focus on results in litigation coupled with its business approach to implementing financial modeling to secure the best results for our clients. The practice is not the typical law firm but rather vibrant and flexible to our diverse business clients and individuals of personal wealth. We have been engaged in some of the largest projects in the Boston area, been at the forefront of many real estate acquisitions, and known counsel before the Courts at all levels.
Must be Licensed attorney in MA -- and a license in NH or RI is a bonus. You must have graduated from an ABA Accredited American Law School.
Must have litigation experience, and may be asked to discuss cases you have worked on or appeared before the Superior Court or District Court (not small claims). Experience in US Federal Court is a plus. The primary focus of the Firm is Business litigation, real estate, bankruptcy, and overall general counsel to private wealth individuals and established companies. Additional experiences in Bankrutpcy or collection practice is preferred.
Ability to speak spanish or greek fluently is a positive but not required. The firm also maintains a Florida office with opportunities available to the applicant licensed with the Florida bar. Off-site work is available for the appropriate candidate(s). Office hours are Monday-Thursday (8:30am-4:30pm) and Friday (8:30am-4:00pm).

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
