Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to the overall success of our retail store.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information on product features
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Stock shelves and merchandise as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Promote electronics sales and special promotions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for customer interactions
