Job Summary:
NavAide is seeking candidates at all levels to support an SAP implementation with a US Navy client. Qualified candidates will be exposed to the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, trained in Navy ERP/SAP implementation methodologies, and mentored in various areas of consulting. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation and sustainment support across various functional and technical areas of Navy ERP/SAP.

Support Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) initiatives, including As-is / To-be Process Mapping, Business Rules, and Handbook development.

Deliver presentations, trainings, and demonstrations; lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Develop Desk Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Guidance documents.

Provide project management support, including scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, and configuration control.

Analyze information, interpret data, and draft technical documentation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, active listening, assertiveness, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Highly motivated and aligned with NavAide's Vision, Mission, and Core Principles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Experience with Navy ERP, Legacy systems, and/or SAP is preferred but not required.

Experience with Business Process Modeling (BPR), Functional Requirements Development, and various SAP modules (PS, FM, MM, CO, WFM, SD) and User Management/Security is beneficial.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.

2-5 years of experience providing financial systems or business systems services to Government agencies or commercial companies (preferred for junior roles).

5+ years of experience with financial systems, business systems, or SAP services to Government agencies or commercial companies (preferred for senior roles).

Navy ERP/SAP experience and Navy/DoD financial experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, a US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.
Location: These positions are mostly remote, but candidates must be willing to travel approximately 25% within the continental United States.
