Summary of Position:
The FRAI is a Tier 1 position in the Forensic Review Department. FRAls are responsible for completing non-violent, non-time-sensitive, and less complex reviews. This position requires strong attention to detail and critical/situational thinking skills. Written and verbal communication skills are a must, as this position requires frequent collaboration with clients, law enforcement, and peers. At times, FRAls may be required to complete more complex, time-sensitive, and/or non-violent priority requests if team or department needs call, or if opportunities arise to gain/showcase additional skillsets.

Essential Job Functions:
- Review, interpret, and resolve video surveillance footage for reported incidents, including criminal & nuisance activity. Focus on non-violent, non-time-sensitive, and less complex requests, including quickets.
- Example requests include improper dumping, gate hit, pet messes, vehicle damage/vandalism, unit burglary, vehicle tracking, missing package, etc.
- Keep detailed, professional notes of observations, process, and communication within requests and time record entries.
- Write concise, detailed summary of reported incidents- may include car details, description of individuals or time of activity.
- Compile video footage and/or still images into a completed product for clients and law enforcement.
- Regularly communicate with clients and law enforcement, written and verbal
- Phone calls expected in most reviews.
- Interdepartmental collaboration and problem solving
- Participate in regular 1:1 meeting with team supervisor.
- Submit camera image quality concerns through provided platforms.
- Maintain a weekly time record through the company provided platform.
- Regularly monitor personal work email and chats for company correspondence
- Answer incoming calls.
- Maintain performance metrics consistent with averages for like positions, including:
- Average hour per review
- Average hour per draft check
- Average number of events per week
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical/critical thinking skills are a must.
- Basic knowledge of video and photo editing software preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Proven work history that indicates an ability to work well with others and alone.
- Customer service experience.
