ITOCHU Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for an IT Help Desk Technician at our Dallas corporate office.
The IT Help Desk is the primary IT support conduit for all ITOCHU Building Products entities. This 100% in-office position will be based out of our Dallas, TX HQ at 3010 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway.
ITOCHU Building Products is the largest leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products in North America. The IBP information technology department supports IT services for its member companies, including Master Halco, Alta Forest Products, and US Premier Tube Mills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users by researching and troubleshooting problems.

Support customers remotely and in-person by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.

Daily administration, distribution and escalation of support tickets through Jira Service Management.

Microsoft AD/0365 account creation and administration.
-
Maintain service contracts of office equipment.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a similar role
-
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11.

2+ years administrating Active Directory
-
Experience supporting and using Office 365 applications.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle and own critical issues through to resolution.

Ability to create technical documentation and training documents.
