Responsibilities include:

Supports GM with daily operations of the restaurant

Ensures food quality

Motivates and directs team members

Manages food and labor costs

Assists in hiring and training
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.

Delegation and organizational skills

Availability to work varied shifts including ights and weekends

Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of customer service
