Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various administrative tasks and possess strong computer literacy skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Handle phone calls and correspondence
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry and typing
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
- Maintain organized files and documents
- Act as a personal assistant to executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Skills:
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong clerical skills with emphasis on data entry accuracy
- Ability to type efficiently
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
