Executive chef package offered:
- $80,000 base yearly salary PLUS Tips

Executive Sushi Chef needed for an intimate sushi restaurant/bar that seats about 40 people in JACKSON HOLE, WYOMING. This is a casual feeling restaurant with an upscale clientele. Plenty of creativity offered with the menu! You will be overseeing all kitchen operations and staff, ensuring cost controls and guest satisfaction by providing the highest quality sushi and seafood. This is not a “hard core”, traditional sushi restaurant so you can have some fun with the menu. The chef is the face of the restaurant and interaction with the regular guests is encouraged. The chef works the head station on the sushi bar so this is a hands on position.
This is a seasonal restaurant that is closed for a part of the year (broken up for the seasons). You will be paid for the entire year. Offering very reduced rent as part of the compensation package.
This is a remote living situation in a gorgeous part of the country. If you love the outdoors, skiing, hiking and similar outdoor activities, this is a great place to live.
