- The Nursing Director has nursing practice and scope oversight for the entire Mary Bridge ambulatory network.
- The Mary Bridge Network Nursing Director is responsible for achieving pediatric nursing standards of care, quality and management efficiencies for Mary Bridge Children’s Network which includes all ambulatory and clinic settings. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical standards and competencies, continuous survey readiness, and coordination of regulated and elective education and training. This is achieved in partnership with directors, managers, and other leaders. The position determines and maintains processes to achieve increasingly effective and efficient clinical personnel performance and quality. This position will also be responsible for interpreting and integrating policies and procedures in a clinic office setting
The position provides leadership and focus for the Pathway to Excellence vision as well as the concepts of the Professional Practice Model of Care and the Nursing Strategic Plan. Accountabilities include collaborating with Mary Bridge leadership to integrate and execute initiatives to support performance excellence; directing policy development or implementation related to MB ambulatory sites; administering management functions, demonstrating financial acumen, and creating a high-performance team environment all within the boundaries of MB ambulatory Clinics. This position will also oversee regulatory and compliance activities in the ambulatory clinics to ensure that all standards for outside regulatory and accreditation agencies are met.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing required
- RN license for Washington State or eligibility to apply for a Washington nursing license
- Experience in ANCC Pathway to Excellence highly desirable
- Minimum eight (8) years’ professional level experience
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Minimum five (5) years of ambulatory clinical experience
- Minimum five (5) years of clinical education, quality management or leadership development experience preferred
- Proven track record working in complex, multi-site organizations

Pay: $155,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
