Severna Park Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full time front desk Customer Service Representative. Schedule will involve some evening and weekend hours.
The employees who answer the phone and greet our clients are the first impression of our office.
A veterinary hospital can become chaotic quickly when an emergency comes through the door. We rely on our front desk personnel to provide comfort, care and compassion to our clients and patients. All of this is done, while answering phones, checking in clients and receiving payments.
Requirements include
- computer literacy
- excellent phone manners
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to sit for long periods on time
- Availability between 8am and 9pm weekdays and 9am-1pm weekends.
- background check and drug test required.
