We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling service technicians to perform insurance adjustments and evaluations. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. We have multiple day shifts available with a rotating weekend schedule. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish are highly preferred. This position is expected to start at $16-17/hour. Candidates must reside in Louisville, KY.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to clients needing insurance adjustments and evaluations for storm damage.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule service technicians for on-site evaluations and adjustments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and technicians to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information, appointment details, and service records in the company’s scheduling system.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
