**Job Title:** Executive Assistant (part-time)
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Principal of our creative marketing agency based in New York City. This role is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, with a pay rate of $30 per hour. The ideal candidate will be based in or near New York City, with the flexibility to work mostly remotely while occasionally attending meetings at our office located in Chelsea, Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning.
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks for the CEO as needed, such as coordinating pet travel arrangements and other personal errands.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
- Office Coordination: Occasionally attend team meetings and manage logistics for in-office appointments and events.
- Documentation and Organization: Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accurate documentation and organization of information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional in-office availability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the creative/marketing industry of New York City.
- Previous experience managing personal matters for executives.
