Compensation: 100% commission-based, ranging from $50k-$150k per year (or more!). Compensation is based on experience. Uncapped commission paid upon sale completion.
Hours: Flexible, set your own hours (part-time or full-time), Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm.
Other Common Titles: Sales Canvasser, Field Representative, Outside Sales Representative, Outreach Specialist, Door-to-Door Salesperson, or related.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct door-to-door sales, generating solar appointments.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required!
- Open to candidates currently in college/university!
- Experience in solar, home improvement, or related construction sales is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle for work (canvassing within 30 miles of the Cedar Rapids metropolitan area).
- A continuous learner, go-getter, and self-motivated.
- Ability to grasp basic sales concepts.
- Strong work ethic and resilience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
