Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct questions and concerns to the appropriate place
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Ability to double as a kennel tech or a receptionist a plus
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills:
- Previous experience as a trainer or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively
- Ability to form a relationship with pet and its owner is a must
- Knowledge of proper training protocols
- Attention to detail
- Ability to learn and understand training principles
- Enjoys dogs and interacting with their owner
