About the Job
We are seeking a responsible, personable, organized individual with excellent attention to detail who works well on assignments with multiple team members.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Answering multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages
- Manage client sign in sheets
- Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Handle filing and data entry as requested
- Scheduling patients as needed or requested
- Assist clinical staff with admin duties
- Supply management and correspondence.
- Ensures the effectiveness of the clinic operations and maintains a professional appearance and environment.
Desired Skills:
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors, staff and external customers
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality
- Medical terminology (preferred but not required)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of basic computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000

About IICA Speech
IICA Speech was formed in 2004 by founder, Amy Haught. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy. We began in the south bay and currently have clinics in San Jose CA, Roseville CA, and Kalispell/Whitefish MT. We currently have a clinical staff of 17 with lots of support from our admin team of 10.
