Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and expereinced Assistant Manager to join our bust restaurant team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent hospitality and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Assist in employee orientation, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory levels
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain restaurany cleanliness and organization, obide by all state and local health code ordinances
- Perform cash handling duties and reconcile daily sales
Skills:
- Proficiency in Toast POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Budgeting knowledge to assist in financial planning
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse guest and staff interactions
