Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Company, Inc. is recognized throughout the industry as a leader in the manufacturing of custom, superior quality windows and doors that can be found in some of the most visionary residences and commercial projects in North America. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. A Kolbe Account Representative generates sales from assigned accounts in the designated territory and helps to maximize profitable revenue growth in accordance with agreed sales targets. This will be accomplished by providing customer support for all products, working to create solutions, prompt processing of orders and estimates, proactively working to convert quotes into orders, value added selling, managing inbound leads, and always working towards a superior customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Maintain regular contact with assigned accounts
· Regularly analyze accounts and work with Regional Sales Manager to address issues
· Establish strong relationships with key personnel at various levels at assigned accounts
· Record all customer interactions in CRM 365
· Understand and meet each account’s unique needs and product requirements
· Proactively follow up on quotes and track progress in CRM 365
· Identify upselling opportunities and make recommendations to account sales representatives
· Promptly follow up on customer inquiries
· Promptly follow up on inbound sales leads using the Lead Management System
· Ensure accounts support needs are being met – order entry, estimates, order tracking, drawing requests, issue resolution, etc.
· Use critical thinking skills to define challenges and develop mutually beneficial solutions
· Work with Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development Representative to establish sales budgets
· Maintain an awareness of competitors and industry trends
Education and Experience:
- Postsecondary education (preferred) or related job experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, One Note) required
- Experience with or ability to learn CRM, ProQuote (Paradigm)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.50 per hour
