We are now seeking a dynamic Events & Experiences Manager to assist with the sales efforts for our 136 all-suite property, including 3,500+ square feet of meeting space.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business.
- Plan, upsell and detail the meeting/function with the client and groups.
- Complete the contracts, prepare the appropriate paperwork, including banquet event orders.
- Participate in communication and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote sales.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in catering or F&B in a hotel setting is required
- Requires thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the catering, food and beverage, menu development and pricing.
- Ability to drive to outside sales calls.
- Create and facilitate events and experiences.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of hospitality experience; relative franchise experience a plus.
- Solid background in sales & marketing and catering.
- Excellent people management and problem resolution skills.
- Superior guest satisfaction skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
