Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement service standards and procedures for both hourly and salaried staff.
- Develop and implement new hire training programs for all FOH non-exempt and exempt staff.
- Create training materials including manuals, SOPs etc. to ensure consistency across all locations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to managers and staff across all locations to ensure compliance of all company service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement strategic plans to increase guest satisfaction.
- Address service-related issues, resolve complaints and implement service recovery strategies.
- Act as a role model for company culture and standards.
- Work in collaboration with the HR team to provide guidelines and screening for effective hiring.
- Frequent travel to venues across all markets to evaluate service quality, guest interactions, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor service metrics, feedback, and performance data to track progress.
- Travel to different locations as needed to oversee new openings as well as provide support to on-site teams of existing venues.
- Collaborate with the operations team to understand the specific needs of new locations.
- Conduct on site trainings sessions for new employees during new openings
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates and progress.
Travel Requirements
- Must be able to travel at least 40% of the time.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
- Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
- Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
